Dear Diary …. today I met a boy…

Ok so hands up? who else thinks of a diary as something you did as a teenager to just write about boys and drama at school? Its not something you think of doing as an adult right? I mean we are too old for all that dear diary nonsense now right?

Wrong! Keeping a diary or a journal, as I know like to call it, is so therapeutic. It is like having a counselling session with yourself. Or think of it like this, have you ever had a chat with a friend who has just helped you to see things so much more clearly and to realise what was wrong? This is what it is like when you keep a journal. But, don’t just take my word for it.

Learn how and why it is important, and therapeutic to keep a journal in this FREE challenge. You will receive an email from me everyday for 30 days to help you make jounraling your new habit while also teaching you how to do it effectively.

Did  you know that exercise is the most under utilised anti depressant there is?

Did you know the chemicals that are in your mental illness medications are actually created naturally in the body?

The pills add more of these chemicals but also a bunch of other stuff too. Its the other stuff that is responsible for some of the horrible side effects to mental illness medications. To name just a few common side effects:

  • Feeling confused
  • Tiredness / fatigue
  • Feeling suicidal
  • Headaches
  • Nausea
  • Sickness
  • Weight Gain
  • Diarrhoea

So, if we create the chemicals ourselves already but we don’t have enough of them,is there a way we can create more our self without enduring some of these side effects?

YES, yes my friend there are really simple and hugely effective ways we can release more of these chemicals naturally, WITH NO SIDE EFFECTS.

One of the top ones and the most under utilised anti depressant there is, is…

EXERCISE!

Now, bear with me, I know this is the last thing you probably want to think of or feel like doing right now. But I assure you, it is and will be the best thing you can do for your mental illness.
